We allotted 1 week to complete our search (being relocated to Dallas from another area). Suzan had prepared for this event by not only making herself totally available to us but by previewing many homes for us to look at. The search began, and I must say it was not without frustration. Suzan Staley seemingly put her life on hold and masterfully conducted a relentless search for what we were looking for. ........Sunday was the day, the house, the price, the yard and the school. Value added service is what separates those who get the job done and those who do it while delivering customer delight. The value added service we received from Suzan is what made our lives easy. We had personal meetings with the Superintendent of Secondary education from three different school districts, assistance with our travel arrangements, help identifying sources for our mortgage, helpful insight into the various homes and communities, where to go to get whatever we needed, etc. Further she clearly understood what our needs were and did everything to ensure that the home we selected fit the bill. But that's not where it stopped. On the day of our move, homemade lasagna...My daughters first science homework to find pond water, Suzan was there. A new comers meeting for my wife, again Suzan. A letter to every homeowner in our community urging them to welcome the newcomers, again Suzan. In fact this letter not only helped us meet many of our new neighbors, many of our neighbors asked us where we found such a thoughtful Realtor.

This letter is in reference to the best realtor in the world, Suzan Staley. I had never used a realtor before because I thought there was a major cost involved. We had been looking on and off to purchase a home and was at our wits end when Suzan came to our rescue. She asked all the right questions concerning what I was looking for in a home. During this process, Suzan was patient in making sure we only looked at houses suited to my particular needs. Midway through this process I changed my mind and decided I wanted to build a home. To my surprise Suzan didn't get mad, she just gave me both the pros and cons of going with that option. The builder and mortgage company we used were very unprofessional, unaccommodating, and didn't have ANY customer service skills whatsoever! But Suzan hung in there and went to bat for us until the end. Her presence in the contract negotiations, walk through, and closing made all the difference in the world to us as first time buyers. Suzan was both personable and professional in dealing with the builder, but she also knew when to play hard-ball. These characteristics are what I found to be most impressionable about the person I consider to be the Best Realtor in the World!

Suzan has offered her incredible services to me on more than one occasion. I first experienced Suzan's extraordinary personal service skills upon our first meeting. I had taken a day off and was looking at property in Flower Mound and was "just shopping", not nearly ready to buy and stopped into the Keller-Williams Flower Mound office. Suzan was in and I advised her of my situation. Within 15-20 minutes, she had provided me approximately 12-15 listings in my price range, Mapsco pages to locate them, and she had built me a map that provided me the order in which to view the houses since I wasn't very familiar with Flower Mound! My past experience with realtors was that they would follow-up with me immediately, even though I had stated I was "just looking" and that is a turn-off to me.  She listened! And it was because of that experience that six months later (just as I had advised her), I called Suzan to help us locate a new home. At the time, my husband and I were working time-intensive jobs, so Suzan used email and faxes as correspond with us, set up times convenient to our schedules, and made the best use of ours/her time during the process. We appreciated how well she knew the area, listened to our needs and was quick to respond to our questions if they needed researching. Plus, she made the process fun with her great sense of humor, had great negotiating skills, AND provided us the use of her moving truck once we purchased and were ready to move! Who could ask for anything more? And, because she made the experience enjoyable, when it came time for us to sell our most recent home...and when our friends have needed to sell theirs...we have contacted Suzan again and will continue in the future. Thank you, Suzan, for your savvy and for making the experience so satisfying!

I have heard that buying a home can be one of the top 3 most stressful things in one's lifetime. Those people must not have had Suzan as a real estate agent! She paid close attention when we discussed my "wish list" and price range and found the perfect house for me at the low end of my price range. I wonder how many people can say they ended up buying the 1st house they looked at? Being a first time home buyer, I replied heavily on her expertise and knowledge of the process. Her advise was always right on target! Because of her expertise, professionalism, and follow-through, I would not hesitate to recommend her to even my closest friends!
